After Hours

Facilities are only available for after hours use on Monday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. You may arrive no earlier than 5:30 p.m. and wait in the Student Lounge located on the 1st floor. An after hours student worker will arrive to check you in and take you up at the appropriate time. If you do not arrive within an hour of your scheduled session or rehearsal start time, your booking will be canceled.

ACM@UCO students who are currently enrolled may schedule time in our facilities for after hours use.  Our facilities are meant to support ACM@UCO programs and priority will always be given to class-related projects.  While the facilities may also be used for outside projects, please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel any bookings to enable our students to work on class-related projects and assignments.

If you are reported as violating any UCO rules of conduct or otherwise disrespecting the facilities or the employees you will be notified via a Formal Warning. At the time of a second occurrence you will be required to retake certification tests, and as of a third violation you will have your after hours privileges revoked.

Please be aware that at this time the facilities are restricted to use by certain programs as follows:

Studios:
Available to Production Students ONLY. Certain studios require certain levels of certification or approval by after hours staff.

Rehearsal Rooms:
Available to Performance Students ONLY.

Studio Pods:
Available to students currently enrolled in the Production for Performers class. These may also be booked by Production and Performance students if time is available.

MIT:
The MIT Suite is available to all students and is a first come first served basis. There is no scheduling. Simply arrive on site and ring the bell in the lobby by the elevators and wait patiently as the Student Worker may be busy setting up a session or rehearsal.
